Manufacturing Quality Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance. You’ll collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to improve processes, solve complex problems, and support continuous improvement initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Location: Bloomer, WI
Your Role on Our Team:
- Ability to resolve technical problems, conduct root cause analysis, think analytically and communicate professionally in a high pressure, time sensitive customer environment.
- Utilize mechanical, electrical and construction skills along with equipment knowledge to personally or in conjunction with a team to design, install, assemble, repair or troubleshoot specified equipment and/or processes.
- Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
- Provide technical analysis and support to internal and external customers
- Ensuring timely Non-conformance resolution and enforcement of quality process standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering related field preferred
- Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office and ERP systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work effectively and professionally with a variety of people, departments and situations.
- Strong understanding of complex systems through all areas of engineering.
- Travel up to 15%.
