WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

You will work closely with colleagues in different countries on pay ranges and salary analyses and contribute to our continued work with fair and equal pay. You will also be involved in our work related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

You do not need many years of experience. What matters to us is that you bring a strong analytical mindset, curiosity and a willingness to learn and contribute.

We are looking for a new colleague who:

- Has 0-3 years of relevant experience working with data, numbers or analytics, preferably in an international organisation

- Has an educational background within Finance, Economics, Organisation or a related field
