Job Summary
Provides a clean and safe environment to the patient, staff, and visitors. Cleans, disinfects, and maintains surgery. Provides courteous, safe transport of patients and/or supplies throughout the facility. Performs other duties as assigned.Responsibilities
- Maintians environment of care.
- Transports patients, equipment, and/or supplies throughout hospital to ensure items are available when needed for patient care.
- Develops and maintains technical skills.
- Inspects equipment prior to usage to ensure in proper working order.
- Documents all patient transports on appropriate chart/log.
- Completes assigned goals

Experience
Minimum Required
- 1 year of housekeeping experience in a healthcare environment. 6 months hospital or customer service experience.

- 1 year of housekeeping experience in a healthcare environment. 6 months hospital or customer service experience.
Education
Minimum Required
- Knowledge, skills, and mental development equivalent to completion of 4 years of high school, or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience
