REPORTS TO: General Manager
Position Description:
- Prepare and maintain high quality baked food products based on standards
- Prepare and present food in an appetizing manner, with both taste and appearance
- Ensure adequate supply of baked goods and/or materials required in the baking area according to the fluctuations of demand with minimal waste including keeping inventories of all items used in the baking area
- Maintain a daily schedule of work to ensure all food is prepared for presentation at the specified time of demand
- Ensure completion of cleaning duties, temperature, and cleaning logs
- Ensure all opening duties are completed at the start of each shift (e.g., unlocking refrigerators and freezers upon arrival)
- Ensure all closing duties are completed at the end of each shift (e.g., turning off all ovens and hot holding units)
- Provide efficient service while maintaining excellent customer service
- Adhere to BFS and Franchise Policies and Procedures including Health and Safety
- Adhere to the BFS Employee Handbook
- Perform any other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager
- Food Handlers Card is required.
