Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative support, or transportation-related role
- Prior experience managing a federal agency contract that provided transportation program support services, including independently processing incoming customer applications in full accordance with program regulations, policies, and procedures
- Knowledge of federal regulations for transit subsidy programs
- Experience with intake and evaluation of transit applications through the GOVGO! Portal, ensuring strict compliance with all program rules and guidelines
- Knowledge of federal traffic management regulations, including acquiring services for the Agency through the Transportation Management Services Solution (TMSS 2.0) or a similar transportation management system
- Familiarity with federal government transportation programs and policies
- Experience with parking management systems and fleet management platforms
- Prior experience supporting a federal agency or government contractor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with transportation management or fleet management software preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
