You will have:

- A recognised Occupational Health qualification.
- Experience working within an Occupational Health environment, including case management and sickness absence referrals.
- Excellent report writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience and/or qualifications in health surveillance activities including audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, HAVS and skin surveillance.
- The ability to build positive and trusted relationships with employees, managers and healthcare professionals.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
