ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small, high-caliber founding team at an early-stage AI company focused on private-market operations. You will own technical delivery end to end, translating customer workflows into production AI-driven solutions and sharing what you learn with the product team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage technical delivery across the project lifecycle, from customer discovery through production launch.
- Work directly with customer teams to understand their workflows and identify barriers to adoption.
- Translate operational processes into AI-driven workflows using the company's platform.
- Build customer-specific prototypes, iterate quickly, and adjust scope based on feedback.
- Bring deployment insights into product planning and develop reusable approaches for recurring needs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Approximately 1 to 6 years of relevant experience shipping production software.
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills, including experience with NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.
- Experience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical solutions, such as in forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles.
- Ability to own delivery end to end, from customer discovery to production.
- Empathy for private-market operations workflows; experience in private markets or financial operations is beneficial.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in Berlin, Germany. The role requires working closely in person with the founding team from the Berlin office.
