HR Generalist

Under the direction of the HR Director, the Human Resources Generalist will administer and coordinate HR programs that support the Club’s employees and operations, including recruitment and onboarding, personnel records, performance reviews, training, leave administration, workers’ compensation coordination, safety, and employee engagement. This position will support employee relations, investigations, corrective action, and separations, and serve as a backup for payroll processing. Bilingual in English and Spanish, the Generalist will provide written translation and in-person interpretation to promote clear and effective employee communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting consistent and compliant HR practices.
