Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
Monitor construction progress and resolve issues as they arise.
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and clients.
Implement health, safety, and environmental policies.
Prepare and present progress reports and updates.
People Management:
Issues to the project team clear instructions/goals in accordance with the project plan, schedules, specifications, and allocated resources. Delegates duties and responsibilities and tracks progress towards successful achievement.
