ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the product team at an early-stage company building generative AI tools for data teams. You will shape and launch new capabilities for an AI-powered data platform, working closely with engineering and customers to turn data-team needs into practical products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work with customers and users to identify high-value use cases and define product strategy and roadmaps.
- Partner with design to create intuitive experiences for products with native generative AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering to scope, build, and launch functionality for technical users.
- Represent user needs internally and help guide product decisions through customer feedback.
- Support enterprise customers in coordination with sales and support teams throughout pre-sales and post-sales work.
- Partner with marketing on product messaging, positioning, pricing, and lead-generation strategy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of product management experience, including work in an early-stage startup environment.
- Experience building and launching technical products from 0 to 1, ideally for data engineers or other technical users.
- Familiarity with the modern data stack, such as ELT, data warehousing, dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, or Databricks.
- Experience shipping native generative AI products; familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation is a plus.
- Regular use of AI coding tools in your workflow and the ability to work autonomously with limited structure.
- A technical background, such as computer science, mathematics, or data engineering, is beneficial.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
Hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, California.
