Your new role
As a Grants Platform Systems Analyst, you will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support across grants management and CRM platforms. You will investigate and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, support platform upgrades and enhancements, and work with technical specialists and business stakeholders to improve service delivery.
You will also monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, maintain technical knowledge articles and use tools including ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure and Application Insights to manage support activities and system administration tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience supporting grants management systems, services or comparable CRM platforms
- Experience creating or updating configuration within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong incident investigation, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- The ability to clearly communicate technical information to users with different levels of technical knowledge
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- A current Baseline security clearance
What you'll get in return
