Enablement Program Manager

outset · San Francisco · hybrid

USD 130,000 to 175,000 per year

Outset invented a better way to do research: AI-powered user interviews.

Global brands like Hubspot, Microsoft, Uber and Nestle use Outset to achieve deeper, qualitative insights about their users at unprecedented speed and scale.

The research industry is massive (>$140B and growing) and ripe for disruption. Incumbents are outdated, slow, and burdened by high-cost services. That's our opportunity.

Outset is backed by top Silicon Valley investors and raised a $30M Series B in December 2025—less than six months after our Series A—led by Radical Ventures with participation from M12 (Microsoft’s venture arm), 8VC, Y Combinator, and Adverb Ventures.

The raise follows a breakout year, with our business growing 8x as enterprise customers across industries adopt our category, AI‑moderated research, as the new standard for understanding people.

We’re a tight-knit team serving some of the world’s largest enterprises.

We’re looking for an Enablement Program Manager to build the engine that keeps Outset’s go-to-market teams sharp, current, and ready to win.

This is a high-ownership role reporting to the VP of Sales, responsible for enabling our Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product Marketing and Solutions teams at scale. Outset moves fast: new products, new verticals, new competitors, and new use cases land every month. Your job is to turn that change into clear, usable knowledge—and get it into the hands (and heads) of every customer-facing person on the team.

You’ll design plug-and-play enablement programs that new content can drop straight into: onboarding, product launches, competitive updates, certifications, and ongoing skills training. You’ll own our GTM knowledge repository so the right answer is always easy to find. And you’ll do it by partnering across GTM, Product, Marketing, G&A, and Leadership—often without a playbook, and always with a bias toward making it work.

This role is built for a high-upside, early-career operator: someone who has already shown they can own programs end to end, teach complex topics clearly, and thrive in ambiguity, and who wants to grow with a category-defining company.

Responsibilities

- Own Outset’s GTM enablement program end to end: roadmap, calendar, delivery, and measurement.

- Design repeatable, plug-and-play enablement frameworks (onboarding, launch kits, competitive updates, certifications) that new content can drop into with minimal rework.

- Build and run new-hire onboarding that gets new GTM team members ramped and customer-ready quickly.

- Act as a world-class teacher: quickly learn complex topics—AI-moderated research, research methodology, new products, pricing, competitors—then synthesize and deliver them so they stick.

- Own and maintain the GTM knowledge repository, keeping messaging, battlecards, playbooks, and product content accurate, organized, and easy to find.

- Partner with Product and Marketing to translate launches and roadmap updates into field-ready training, talk tracks, and assets.

- Partner with Sales, CS, and Partnerships leaders to identify skill and knowledge gaps and prioritize what gets built next.

- Work with G&A and Leadership on cross-functional topics—deal desk, pricing, legal, and process changes—so the field knows what changed and how to act on it.

- Run live trainings, workshops, and certifications, and build async content (recordings, guides, quizzes) that scales across time zones.

- Measure what works: track ramp time, certification completion, content usage, and field feedback, and iterate on programs accordingly.

- Bring structure to ambiguity—spot gaps no one owns and find a way to make it work.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, a Center of Excellence, or a Chief of Staff function.

- Proven program ownership: you’ve built and run programs end to end, not just contributed to them.

- Exceptional teaching and communication skills. You can take a complex topic, distill it, and make it land with any audience.

- You drive adoption, not just delivery. You treat sales as your core customer, find the early adopters, and turn their wins into peer examples and success stories that pull the rest of the team along.

- You build learning that compounds. You reinforce and build on what reps already know, rather than publishing materials and expecting people to “get it.”

- A track record of designing scalable, repeatable processes and systems that others can use without you in the room.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience owning a knowledge base, content library, or similar source of truth.

- Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with experience working across GTM, Product, G&A, and senior leadership.

- Proven success in a fast-paced startup environment. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, create structure where none exists, and adjust quickly as priorities shift.

- A high-ownership, resourceful mindset: you find a way to make it work.

- Experience supporting B2B SaaS GTM teams is a strong plus; familiarity with AI products or market research is a bonus.
