Credit Operations Intern

As Lendo continues to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented Credit Operations Intern to support our daily financing operations. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in loan processing, documentation verification, promissory note issuance, and operational controls within a fast-growing FinTech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end processing of financing applications, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Review and verify documentation for new financing applications, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
- Assist in preparing and issuing promissory notes and other financing-related documents.
- Perform operational checks and validation controls to identify discrepancies and prevent processing errors.
- Ensure all financing transactions comply with internal policies, procedures, and approval requirements.
- Verify financing details, including approved amounts, repayment schedules, and customer information, before processing.
- Maintain accurate records of financing transactions and update relevant internal systems.
- Coordinate with Credit Risk, Finance, and Commercial teams to resolve documentation issues and facilitate smooth financing operations.
- Support the identification of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to follow established procedures and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Interest in credit operations, financial services, and the FinTech industry.
