Key Responsibilities:
- Support various battery testing activities and operate laboratory equipment, including voltage and temperature sampling, insulation/withstand voltage testers, microscopes, CT, X-ray, SEM/EDS, and other analytical equipment.
- Process employee travel expenses and explain reimbursement routines.
- Perform cell disassembly in accordance with internal procedures, including opening aluminum cell casings and separating tabs, cathode/anode electrodes, separators, and other internal components.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization and 5S standards, also regular inspection of tools, equipment etc.
- Support the procurement, inventory management, and replenishment of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and other laboratory materials.
- Support the handling, transportation, sorting, and storage of battery in accordance with internal safety requirements.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Technical background.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn battery analysis techniques.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Strong safety awareness and a proactive attitude
