MARKET DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

-Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to)
- Achieve customer acquisition targets monthly by generating sales leads.
- Prepare customer information sheet prior to handover to service/sales teams.
- Request updates on presentations, posters, stickers, flyers, SOPs, training videos, etc., from the direct Manager and Category Manager.
- Oversee proper update of posters, stickers, flyers, SOP, training videos, etc once approved from direct Manager and Category Manager.
- Prepare presentations and quotations (for machines, equipment, and products) in coordination with the direct manager, ensuring the contribution and sustainability of all company assets installed.
- Recommend product and service enhancements to upgrade the portfolio related to hygiene.
- Maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts by conducting scheduled periodic visits to improve client retention.
- Present the portfolio/corporate presentation to customers and demonstrate product capabilities on-site.
- Prepare machine/equipment supply agreements, quotation, with clients ensuring the sustainability of all company assets installed.
- Gather market intelligence information by collecting data on competitors' contracts, quotations, and instructional guidelines.
- Monitor the proper posting of safety-related instructions at sales points and ensure the availability of necessary stock.
- Manage Channel Market Developers in the geographic area and oversee the total sales target for subordinates.

- Other Affiliates upon need, Customers Hygiene Quality control, Customers Operation Managers, Customers procurement department heads.
- Required Job Qualifications & Competencies
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in management or marketing or engineering.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar and related fields
