CREATIVE DESIGNER

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, this position is charged with determining the optimal ways to visually represent Brodart's identity to include the development of high-level concepts for design projects by working with internal and external clients to understand their needs and objectives, develop concepts and designs using internal resources.
- Design projects from concept through completion to include responsibility for all creative sessions for project kickoffs.
- Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and advance Brodart's brand strategy.
- Generate multiple concepts for pitching, proposals, campaigns or projects working with other stakeholders and members of the marketing team to develop concepts and present to management.
- Ensure quality control over concepts and projects.
- Create and maintain digital catalogs.
