Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Junior Partner Manager to join our ever evolving Platforms team and help shape the future of global commerce.
This individual will support a Senior Partner Manager with our Admin (Tier 4) portfolio. This position will be expected to support the Partner Manager in maximising lead referrals/revenue opportunities, support with reactive partner queries, help develop/grow partners to move to Tier 3 and support with any Adhoc project work.
The successful applicant must demonstrate a level of industry technical knowledge and have some understanding of how third-party technology can play a role within the payments ecosystem.
What you'll Own
- Support Senior Partner Manager with Tier 4 partners
- Maximise lead generation for commercial uplift from your accounts to meet targets
- Assist with quarterly partner reporting
- Provide support with conducting structured partner QBRs and Annual Reviews
- Act as a liaison for partners across internal stakeholders (e.g. boarding, servicing, marketing etc.)
- Support SPM with partner residual payments
- Support SPM with partner contract renewals
- Support SPM with reactive partner queries
- Support with product upsells into Tier 4 partner portfolio (e.g. conversion to Platforms/Worldpay eCommerce/EIT)
- Support with platform migration projects (e.g. Cybersource/BG350)
- Support with Adhoc projects
What you'll bring
- 5 years + in payments industry
- Proven ability to sell technical solutions (for example integrated products)
- Commercial role background with delivery against sales quota
- Strong relationship building skills
- Clear communicator
- Well organised with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Good problem solver
- Strong customer service skills
