About the Role:

As Fetch continues to scale across its consumer and partner businesses, one of our greatest advantages is our ability to understand people, markets, and culture through a combination of proprietary data and external intelligence. The Senior Director, Marketing Intelligence will lead the function responsible for turning that understanding into a durable competitive advantage for Fetch.

This leader will set the vision, strategy, and operating model for Marketing Intelligence, connecting audience research, segmentation, voice of consumer, proprietary behavioral data, third-party research, and social and cultural intelligence. Working across Brand, Consumer Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth, B2B Marketing, and The Rewards Lab, this role will help determine who we should reach, where opportunities exist, what messages will resonate, and how intelligence should shape marketing strategy and investment.

This is more than a traditional research role. The Senior Director will build a strategic intelligence capability that anticipates emerging opportunities, challenges assumptions, and translates complex data into actionable recommendations. They will establish the team, tools, partnerships, and systems that embed intelligence into how Marketing plans, prioritizes, and makes decisions.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
