Team Lead, Business Analysis – Infor Pathway- Lead and develop a team of business analysts supporting the Infor Pathway product, ensuring each team member is positioned to maximize their contribution.
- Own the business analysis process for the product, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business analysts, the Product Director, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on vision, priorities, and deliverables.
- Continuously assess and improve team processes, leveraging comparative advantage and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and principled entrepreneurship.
- Ensure product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered to support business goals and customer needs.
- Deliver high-quality, actionable requirements that enable the product team to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and innovative team environment aligned with Infor’s values.
- Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrate stewardship of resources and support the professional growth of team members.
- Maintain clear, open communication with the Product Director and other stakeholders.
