יום בחייך ב-MKS:
כטכנאי/ת בדיקות סופיות בחברת MKS, תהיה/י חלק מקבוצת העובדים ברצפת הייצור, בה תעסוק/י באינטגרציה ובדיקות סופיות של בקרים אלקטרוניים ברמת דיוק גבוהה ובמומחיות טכנית. תהליך זה הינו חלק מייצור מוצרים אלקטרוניים, כגון מערכות בקרה ותקשורת.
חברתMKS מספקת שירותים הכוללים פתרונות הגנה והרכבה למעגלים עבור מוליכים למחצה ומערכות אלקטרוניות, ומבטיחה עמידה בתקנים בינלאומיים ובקרת איכות ברמה גבוהה. בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י למנהל משמרת במחלקת הייצור.
במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:
- ביצוע בדיקות סופיות למערכות ולכרטיסים אלקטרוניים, בהתאם לתוכניות הבדיקה ולנהלים המאושרים.
- איתור תקלות וביצוע תיקונים אלקטרוניים ומכניים, עד לרמת הרכיב, בהתאם להסמכה ולדרישות התפקיד.
- ביצוע עבודות חיווט, הרכבה ואינטגרציה של מערכות בקווי הייצור.
- אימות עמידת המערכות במפרטי המוצר, בדרישות הלקוח ובתקנים הרלוונטיים.
- תיעוד תוצאות הבדיקות, התקלות והפעולות שבוצעו.
- מתן תמיכה לצוות ההנדסה ועבודה עם ציוד בדיקה ותיקון מתקדם, תוך הקפדה על איכות, דיוק ועמידה בנהלי העבודה.
מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:
- הנדסאי/ת/טכנאי/ת אלקטרוניקה – יתרון.
- ניסיון בבד"ס בחברות אלקטרוניקה.
- הבנה בשרטוטי אלקטרוניקה וחשמל דיגיטליים ואנלוגיים כולל תקשורת.
- יכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת.
- יכולת עבודה באופן עצמאי וכחלק מצוות, תוך למידה והתמודדות עם טכנולוגיה חדשה.
- אנגלית טכנית.
מיומנויות מועדפות:
- יתרון ידע ב-Lean: ישום עקרונות LEAN תוך התמקדות בצרכי הלקוח, שיפור מתמיד של תהליכים, ועבודה לפי שיטת Six Sigma.
דרישות פיזיות ותנאי עבודה:
- הקפדה על נהלי איכות ועל נהלי סביבה, בריאות ובטיחות (EHS).
- ביצוע עבודות טכניות ופיזיות, לרבות חיווט, טיפול בציוד והרמה או נשיאה של משאות במשקל של עד 15 ק״ג, בהתאם להנחיות הבטיחות.
- עבודה בקו הייצור תוך שמירה על סדר, ניקיון ובטיחות.
- נכונות לעבודה במשמרות, לרבות בימי שישי ובשעות נוספות, בהתאם לצורכי העבודה.
- הסעות מאורגנות מכרמיאל, עכו, נהריה, מעלות והקריות.
- אפשרות להכרה במשרה כעבודה מועדפת, בכפוף לתנאי הזכאות.
