Operations Intern, Full-Time Conversion Path

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an automation-focused operations internship at a preventive health technology startup, with the intention to convert to a full-time role. You will take ownership of real operational processes, improve how they work, and help the team scale without adding unnecessary manual work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage customer operations end to end, including onboarding, scheduling, results coordination, and retention.
- Coordinate daily workflows with laboratories, clinicians, customers, and the internal team.
- Build internal tools and automations using workflow platforms, no-code tools, or scripts.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and create more efficient processes.
- Help develop operational processes that can support substantial customer growth.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Available for a 3 to 6 month internship, with interest in transitioning to full-time.
- Fluent in German and comfortable coordinating with local customers and healthcare partners.
- Experience packaging kits and supporting B2B customers.
- Some experience, typically 0 to 2 years, building workflows or automations with tools such as n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable using code or scripts to automate recurring work and taking ownership of processes with high autonomy.
- EU or EEA work authorization is required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation is €30,000 to €36,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week.
