At Sprout, our Shift Leaders play a BIG role in shaping how our restaurants feel, for both our team and our customers. You’ll lead the shift from the front, keep things moving, and help create a space where people want to come back (and work in) again and again.
This is a role for someone who loves people, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-standard environment.

Contract: Full-time
Pay: €15–€16 per hour depending on experience and role
What You’ll Be Doing- Frontline Leader – Help run smooth, happy shifts with strong communication, teamwork, and support across the restaurant.
- Customer Focused – Create memorable experiences for every guest, turning complaints into comebacks.
- Team Connector – Build strong relationships, promote open feedback, and help keep the vibe positive and focused.
- Performance Driver – Spot issues, give real-time feedback, and help the team get better every day.
- Recognition Champion – Celebrate the wins, call out great work, and foster a culture of appreciation.
- Clean + Fresh – Own the look and feel of the space — from clean floors to perfect fridge displays and good tunes.
- Feedback Flow – Actively gather and action customer feedback.
- Pulse Monitor – Keep an eye on key metrics like NPS to improve customer experience and spot trends.
- Health & Safety – Be a compliance champion — keeping the team and customers safe.
- Quality Control – Check portioning, prep and presentation across the line to keep standards high.
