*Traveling Construction Customer Success Manager (80% travel required)

As a CSM MP (Floating - Texas) at Buildots, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction across various projects in Texas, working closely with teams to optimize project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in Texas, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Provide training and support to customers for optimal product use.
Requirements- At least 3 years of experience in customer success or related roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the construction or technology industry (Preferred).
- Willingness to travel within Texas as required.
