Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in financial management, preferably in the beverages, food production, F&B, or food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cost control to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall financial operations, accounting, and reporting.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow reports, and financial statements.
- Monitor expenses, profitability, and operational costs.
- Oversee inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and production costing.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT, ZATCA requirements, and applicable accounting standards.
- Manage financial planning, risk assessment, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Lead and supervise the Finance and Accounting team.
- Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage.
- 7–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in beverages, F&B, food production, or food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and cash flow management.
- Good understanding of Saudi VAT and ZATCA regulations.
- Experience with ERP/financial systems and advanced Excel.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Saudi Arabia work experience is preferred.
