Job Description

- Handle a diverse range of commercial and general real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and financing.

- Advise clients on real estate development, land use, zoning, and permitting matters.

- Represent condominium associations on governance, compliance, and transactional issues.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents.

- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on sophisticated transactions and complex legal matters.

- Build strong client relationships while delivering practical, thoughtful legal guidance.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience practicing real estate law, including transactional real estate, land use and permitting, and/or condominium association representation.

- Member in good standing of the Maine Bar or eligible for admission.

- Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

- Ability to manage competing priorities independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

- Commercial real estate and financing experience is a plus.
