At HKA, you can expect:

- To play a key role in supporting our growing GCC business, working closely with senior leaders, consultants and support teams across the region.

- Exposure to international projects, senior stakeholders and a broad range of operational and business activities.

- A collaborative and inclusive culture where initiative is valued and your contributions make a genuine impact.

- Ongoing development opportunities, mentorship and the chance to build your career within a globally respected consultancy.

- A varied and rewarding role, combining business operations, coordination, administration and business support.

The Opportunity:

HKA is seeking a highly organised, proactive and delivery-focused Business Operations Coordinator, based in our Riyadh headquarters and supporting our Construction Claims and Expert Services business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Working closely with Partners, consultants and support functions across the region, you will provide practical, hands-on support to keep priorities moving, coordinate activities across multiple countries and ensure agreed actions are followed through to completion.

This role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and turning business priorities into action. You will not simply record actions or coordinate from the sidelines. You will work directly with stakeholders, follow through on commitments and help the regional business operate with greater pace, consistency and discipline.

You will contribute to our success by:

- Take ownership of key initiative, priority and action trackers, helping to keep projects moving forward and ensuring teams stay aligned on progress and next steps.

- Play a central role in driving priorities to completion, proactively working with stakeholders to keep actions on track and deadlines achieved.

- Partner closely with Partners and regional leaders, providing practical support on business priorities, strategic initiatives and cross-regional activities.

- Create clear, professional presentations, reports and management information that help inform decisions and support business success.

- Help organise and coordinate leadership meetings, workshops and regional events that drive collaboration and business performance.

- Build strong relationships with colleagues across the business, bringing together information, facilitating communication and helping progress key service line priorities.

- Support the delivery of proposal submissions, collaborating with the proposals team to coordinate inputs and ensure high-quality, timely submissions.

- Contribute to business development initiatives, helping to coordinate activity and drive projects from planning through to delivery.

- Support key client and market-facing initiatives, including campaigns, events and follow-up activities that strengthen business growth.

- Coordinate regional reporting and business information, providing valuable insights across areas such as performance, pipeline, utilisation, resourcing and recruitment.

- Help maintain visibility of opportunities and key pursuits, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and actions remain on track.

- Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism, discretion and integrity.

- Continuously look for ways to improve how the business operates, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency and enhance collaboration.

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised professional who enjoys bringing people, priorities and projects together to make things happen.

We welcome applications from those who can bring the following:

- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a relevant discipline

- Experience in a business coordination, project coordination, PMO, professional services support or similar role where you've helped keep teams organised, focused and delivering results.

- A proven ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing deadlines and see tasks through from initiation to successful completion.

- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships and collaborate with senior stakeholders across different teams, functions and geographies.

- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership, use sound judgement and navigate challenges effectively.

- Outstanding attention to detail, combined with a practical, results-driven approach and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

- Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to positively influence others, follow up on actions and help keep projects moving forward.

- Experience supporting proposals, business development activities, client initiatives or pursuits, ideally within a professional services environment.

- Confidence working with reporting, management information, presentations, tracking tools and business documentation to support decision-making and delivery.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM systems, reporting platforms or workflow tools would be an advantage.

- A professional and trustworthy approach to handling confidential and sensitive information.

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, working effectively with colleagues across multiple locations and time zones.
