We are looking for a Business Development Executive (TLM/ITAD) to join our team in Braintree, Essex, in a full-time, on-site position.
At Foxway, we believe that attitude, ambition and willingness to learn are just as important as experience. You don't need to be an experienced salesperson to succeed in this role. We will help you develop the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to build a successful career in business development.
As a Business Development Executive (TLM/ITAD), you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers and helping grow our business.You will work with organisations across industries such as banking, finance, insurance, technology and pharmaceuticals, introducing them to our IT products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, networking and research
- Building relationships with key decision-makers and understanding their business needs
- Developing and managing your own sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals
- Preparing quotes and supporting pricing discussions with potential customers
- Working with colleagues to create attractive solutions based on our products and services
- Supporting responses to customer enquiries, proposals and tenders (RFIs and RFPs)
- Learning how to forecast sales and working towards individual business targets
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in our CRM system
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
- Developing your understanding of IT hardware, technology services and the circular economy
Some local and international travel may be required to meet customers and build relationships.
We're looking for the right personality and mindset, not necessarily years of experience.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement. What matters most is your enthusiasm, resilience and willingness to learn. We will support you in developing your sales, negotiation and business development skills.
