Become Our New Product Manager !
Group.one is calling for a Product Manager who's equal parts UX advocate, data geek, commercial and marketing thinker. You’ll lead the charge in improving how our customers discover, buy, and get value from specific group.one product. This is your chance to not only track and optimize the customer journey from acquisition to retention, but also to contribute in the definition of new offers, bundling and eventually products.
As the first Product Manager dedicated to Growth & Monetization within a broader Product team, you will have full autonomy with the marketing team to leverage dedicated engineering resources. You will benefit from a high level of ownership and autonomy, working closely with the Marketing team and leveraging dedicated Engineering resources to drive strategic initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to make data-driven decisions on a large customer base, and you’ll benefit from the knowledge and the guidance of a wide product organization
To ensure effective collaboration and alignment across teams, we are seeking candidates based in Europe.
The successful candidate will be employed in their country of residence through our Employer of Record (EOR) partner, combining the flexibility of remote work with the security and benefits of local employment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shape the growth and monetization roadmap with Marketing and the product teams.
- Improve and create new pricing and packaging experiences, checkout, bundles, and cross-product upsell.
- Make data-driven decisions fueled by customer behaviors and competitive analysis.
- Deliver high quality releases in a stability-sensible sector.
- Take initiatives from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Support.
- Leading cross-functional planning to ensure on-time delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
- Help the engineering team prioritize bug fixes and small improvements.
Ideal Background
- First successful product management experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Growth Product Manager
- Strong experience in SaaS or eCommerce, improving conversion rates and business metrics.
- Previous background in PLG strategies applied to a large customer base (100k+) with self-service onboarding, free-to-paid conversion / upsell conversion
- Proven track record of managing software projects from concept to launch.
- Understanding user needs in the WordPress community is appreciated.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Eager to progress and learn fast.
- Deep empathy for customer needs and a focus on real-world outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, HubSpot, Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
- Ready to work remotely, located in Europe.
