At Blackmores, our vision is to connect 1 billion people to the healing power of nature.

A wholly owned subsidiary of Kirin Holdings, Blackmores Group is a leading natural health company with proud Australian heritage. Operating across 11 markets throughout Asia-Pacific and Greater China, we develop high-quality, evidence-based health solutions that help people live healthier lives.

The Opportunity

As our Environment & Sustainability Manager, you’ll play a key role in the team delivering Blackmores Group’s sustainability strategy and commitments as a B Corp Certified business.

Working closely with our Head of Sustainability and stakeholders across the business, you’ll support key priorities including our Net Zero by 2030 pathway, carbon and Scope 3 emissions, nature-positive aspirations, sustainable packaging, responsible supply chains and sustainability reporting.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine strong sustainability knowledge with practical project delivery. You’ll work across functions and with our supply chain partners to turn sustainability commitments into measurable action, while navigating the realities of regulated medicines manufacturing and a complex global business.

The role can be based at either our Warriewood or Surry Hills NSW offices, with Warriewood preferred. You’ll work from the office at least three days per week, including at least one day each week at Warriewood, with two days working from home.

What you’ll be doing?

- Driving climate action: Coordinate the Group carbon inventory, including Scope 3 emissions, and support decarbonisation initiatives aligned to our Net Zero by 2030 pathway.

- Supporting nature-positive outcomes: Contribute to nature-related assessments and actions using relevant global frameworks, datasets and platforms.

- Turning strategy into action: Lead assigned sustainability initiatives from scoping and implementation through to monitoring and close-out, managing stakeholders, timelines and dependencies.

- Strengthening reporting and assurance: Support high-quality internal and public sustainability reporting and climate-related disclosures, with a strong focus on reliable data and evidence.

- Tracking performance: Analyse sustainability performance and trends, identifying risks, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement.

- Engaging and influencing: Build effective relationships across functions, regions and the supply chain to embed sustainability into business processes and decision-making.

- Supporting B Corp: Contribute to B Corp recertification and the ongoing maintenance of sustainability commitments and credentials.

- Finding practical solutions: Identify innovative and compliant approaches that improve environmental and social outcomes while recognising the constraints of regulated manufacturing.

- Maintain relevant sustainability registers, documentation and management-system processes, supporting corrective actions where required.

Who you are?

- A relevant tertiary qualification in sustainability, environmental science, environmental management or a related discipline.

- At least four years of relevant sustainability experience, including delivery of cross-functional sustainability initiatives.

- Practical experience in carbon accounting, including Scope 3 emissions, and exposure to decarbonisation pathways or modelling.

- A strong and experienced communicator of sustainability initiatives: Share our challenges, commitments and progress with diverse stakeholders in engaging and creative ways.

- Experience with sustainability reporting, data management and assurance processes, with the ability to maintain reliable evidence across multiple stakeholders or regions.

- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, written communication and presentation skills.

- The confidence to influence without formal authority and create clarity in complex or changing environments.

- A sound understanding of environmental and sustainability governance, compliance and management-system principles.

- Experience with nature risk assessments and global nature frameworks, datasets or platforms.

- Knowledge of ISO 14001, sustainable procurement principles and B Corp requirements.
