Primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables
- Supervise: All Miller Integrated Solutions Service lines including Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck and Welding / Coating
- Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate hydroblasting, vacuum truck and mechanical projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, conduct regular safety meetings, and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Quality Control: Monitor work quality, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet client specifications and standards.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operations, including daily logs, incident reports, and maintenance records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all Miller Integrated equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Port Lavaca, and relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations, including equipment and safety protocols as well as familiarity with welding and coating operations.
