As a Technician Supervisor at Arman Building Maintenance - UAE, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the work of technicians in the Projects department. - Train and mentor technicians, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the maintenance services provided.
- Develop and implement efficient work processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the facility management industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of technicians.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in building maintenance and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
