ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an applied AI team building systems that embed intelligence into company workflows. You will help develop agent-driven tools and infrastructure that can take on complex work end to end, shaping how people and AI systems collaborate.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship full-stack products and AI agents that address real operational workflows.
- Develop infrastructure, interfaces, and operating models for humans and agents to work together.
- Work directly with internal teams and users to understand their needs, gather feedback, and improve solutions.
- Take ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and ongoing performance.
- Explore model capabilities and agent tools to improve workflows and automate more complex tasks.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Five to fifteen years of experience building products from zero to one as a full-stack engineer.
- Experience at a venture-funded startup, ideally as a founder, founding engineer, or engineer in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Strong product sense and expertise in at least one full-stack programming language; the technical environment includes TypeScript, Python, AI agents, and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with agent SDKs and LLM tools beyond basic chatbots, with informed views on choosing models for different use cases.
- Ability to work autonomously through ambiguity, reason from first principles, and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Experience working closely with users and teams to gather feedback and iterate on products.
- A track record of sustained tenure and career progression is valued.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $150,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
