- Reconcile inventory between the WMS and ERP, researching and resolving discrepancies with Systems, Finance, and other internal teams
- Process inventory transfers between Ecommerce, Wholesale, and other channels accurately and on time to prevent oversells and stock gaps
- Track inventory accuracy, shrink, and adjustment trends, then identify root causes and implement process improvements
- Oversee receipt of inbound shipments against POs and ASNs, flagging shortages, overages, and damages and partnering with Production and vendors on resolution
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Wholesale, Sales, Customer Care, and Systems to keep inventory data reliable and communication clear
- Manage bulk and backstock locations to maximize space and keep pick locations replenished, and maintain records of adjustments and counts to support audits and reporting
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and enforce all safety policies
- 3 month assignment with strong potential for successful candidates to be considered for regular employment
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
- 3+ years of warehouse or inventory control experience, including at least 1 to 2 years in a lead or supervisory role; multichannel (DTC and wholesale) experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with cycle counting, variance research, and inventory reconciliation
- Proficiency with a WMS (Snapfulfil a plus), an ERP (NetSuite a plus), and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable to productivity and quality goals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear communicator who works well across departments
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking) mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment, including lifting up to 40 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods
