Om onze AI in Operations-reis verder vorm te geven, zijn we op zoek naar drie ondernemende Stagiairs Business Improvement & AI.
om ons Global Service & Operations team in Nederland te versterken.
Dit is een fulltime (40 uur per week) betaalde stage op ons kantoor in Utrecht.
Dit is een unieke kans voor studenten die enthousiast zijn over AI, automatisering en business innovatie. Je werkt samen met stakeholders binnen Customer Care, Professional Services en Sales om operationele uitdagingen te vertalen naar waardevolle AI-oplossingen.
Over de functie
Als Stagiair Business Improvement & AI help je bij het identificeren, valideren, bouwen en implementeren van AI-gedreven verbeteringen binnen de organisatie.
Dit is geen traditionele AI-onderzoeksstage. De focus ligt op het begrijpen van bedrijfsprocessen, het identificeren van kansen en het realiseren van praktische AI-oplossingen die meetbare bedrijfswaarde creëren.
Succes in deze rol vraagt om een ondernemende mindset, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om ideeën om te zetten in concrete resultaten.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Workshops en interviews uitvoeren met stakeholders om processen en uitdagingen te begrijpen.
- AI- en automatiseringsmogelijkheden identificeren en valideren.
- Business requirements vertalen naar AI-use-cases.
- Oplossingen ontwerpen, bouwen en implementeren met Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate en meer
- Eigenaarschap nemen van initiatieven van idee tot adoptie.
- Resultaten meten en oplossingen continu verbeteren.
- Samenwerken met collega's en stakeholders uit verschillende landen en functies.
Wat breng je mee?
We zoeken nieuwsgierige, hands-on en ondernemende studenten die graag businessproblemen oplossen met technologie.
Idealiter beschik je over:
- Een bachelor- of masteropleiding in Bedrijfskunde, Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Interesse in AI, automatisering en procesverbetering.
- Het vermogen om businessbehoeften te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.
- Sterke communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.
- Een proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding.
- Een ondernemende mindset met een sterke executiekracht.
- Ervaring met een startup, eigen onderneming, side project of initiatief dat je zelfstandig van idee tot uitvoering hebt gebracht is een sterke pré.
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

To support our AI in Operations journey, we are looking for three entrepreneurial AI Business AI Intern to join our Global Service & Operations team in the Netherlands.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship based at our office in Utrecht.
This is an exciting opportunity for students who are passionate about AI, automation, and business innovation. You will work closely with stakeholders across Customer Care, Professional Services, and Sales to transform operational challenges into valuable AI solutions.
About the Role
As a AI Business Improvement Intern, you will help identify, validate, build, and implement AI-driven improvements across the organization.
This is not a traditional AI research internship. The focus is on understanding business processes, identifying opportunities, and delivering practical AI solutions that create measurable business value.
Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn ideas into tangible outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand processes and challenges.
- Identify and validate AI and automation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into AI use cases.
- Design, build, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate and more.
- Take ownership of initiatives from ideation through adoption.
- Measure outcomes and continuously improve solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across countries and functions.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for curious, hands-on, and entrepreneurial students who enjoy solving business problems through technology.
You will ideally have:
- Bachelor's or Master's studies in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
- The ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and self-driven mindset.
- An entrepreneurial approach and strong execution skills.
- Experience in a startup, personal venture, side project, or independently taking an idea through execution is highly valued.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
