Senior Business Analyst

Salary: $820 - $840 per Day + Superannuation

Your New Role

You will be joining a division who provide solutions and services that support Queensland Health Enterprise Corporate Applications and support payroll transactional processes.

This application suite includes the largest integrated rostering and SAP payroll solution in the public sector and the SAP S/4HANA finance, business and logistics solution and management environment (S/4HANA solution).

They have a commitment to their internal customers to:

- Provide a statewide processing service to Hospital and Health Services and the Department of Health

- Deliver and enhance workforce management, payroll, S/4HANA and SuccessFactors solutions

- Provide services that are accountable and financially responsible and

- Continually review and improve services to meet customer needs.

This role will see you:

- Using your business analysis expertise to analyse and solve business problems in the context of corporate applications.

- Building positive relationships with clients and colleagues to facilitate system support and improvements.

- Contributing to the design, configuration, development, documentation, implementation support and maintenance of the integrated solutions supported by Corporate Enterprise Solutions.

- Coordinating and delivering efficient and effective systems support by: - Maintaining and unit testing system configuration and documentation

- Conducting analysis of business, user and operating requirements and translating these into SAP technical solutions

- Developing system specifications in accordance with required standards

- Investigating and resolving systems support issues and change requests

About You

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong background within large enterprise environments, including SAP HR/Payroll, SAP S/4HANA Finance and Infor WFM rostering solutions (or similar)

- Proven experience in business engagement, including requirements elicitation.

- Demonstrated expertise to identify key issues, perform research and analysis and develop and document solutions.

- Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex environment.

- Ability to successfully complete a Criminal History Check

Previous experience in a similar role within Government or Health sectors would be highly desirable.
