Logistics Specialist--Spare Parts

About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational daily work to arrange inbound and outbound LTL/FTL/Express shipment.
2. Work with involved business owners to improve process of the shipment orders.
3. Handle batteries and other DG management.
4. Implementation of the effective goods movement, coordinate and ensure the shipment to be arranged in good way and fulfill the needs of the business owners.
5. Monitor/Forecast parts movement and to track parts status across multiple channels.
6. Respond quickly and solve problems of the delivery.
7. Monitor performances of 1PL/2PL/3PL operations.
8.Spare parts documentation arrangement.
9.Spare parts IT Operations.
Qualifications and requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, in supply chain management, logistics management or other related background.
2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in total with no less than 3 years of experience in logistics management.
3. Able to solve problems, respond fast and provide quick logistics solution.
4. Able to handle multiple tasks, and work independently.
5. Strong knowledge of logistics management processes.
6. Excellent command in English, Chinese is preferred.
7. Proficiency in MS office especially Excel and Outlook.
