Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic technology and channel partnerships that accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and coordinate partner integrations and technical roadmaps.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams—supporting Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success with partner enablement, solution briefs, and FAQs.
- Define and document integration functionality, API guides, implementation playbooks, and configuration standards across partner platforms.
- Provide partners with access to sandbox environments, supporting documentation, and technical testing resources.
- Troubleshoot integration and workflow challenges with partners and internal technical teams during onboarding and in production.
- Establish, track, and report on key partnership KPIs (e.g., new integrations launched, client utilization pipeline, partner documentation coverage).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in tech sales, business development, or technical account management, with 3+ years specifically in partnerships, strategic alliances, or ecosystem growth at a SaaS or cloud-native supply chain/WMS company.
- Demonstrated track record of identifying, negotiating, building, and scaling strategic technology partner ecosystems (ISVs, integration platforms, robotics, carriers, or marketplaces).
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, webhooks, and cloud integrations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
- Excellent consultative negotiation, leadership, and executive communication skills.
- Startup mindset with a strong bias for action and a passion for building programs from zero to one.
The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on years of experience. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus up to 20%, depending on attainment of individual goals and metrics and company revenue performance.
