Advanced Pharmacy Routing and Access Technician

Department: Home Delivery Pharmacy Services

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST | Full-time

- Deliver high-quality, customer focused virtual patient support and handle routine service interactions

- Route specialty prescriptions to appropriate fulfillment channels and manage related care coordination tasks

- Support organizational goals by helping prevent prescription leakage and maintain care continuity by keeping orders within our pharmacy network

- Other duties as assigned

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

- Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications.

- Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcare Association preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications.

Education:

- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,

if applicable.

Additional Preferences:

- 2+ years of Specialty Pharmacy Technician Experience
