- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot, documenting seller interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with Category Development Management and other internal stakeholders to align category priorities, improve assortment quality and support marketplace growth.
What you bring to the role
- Native-level Italian language proficiency and professional working proficiency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Two to four years of experience in account management, partner management or business development, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces or retail.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong commercial relationships, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with a structured approach to managing commercial activities and seller relationships.
- An analytical and results-driven mindset, with the ability to use data and reporting tools to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Knowledge of automotive product categories is a strong advantage, alongside the ability to quickly develop expertise in new categories.
- Experience in cross-border sales or international e-commerce is an advantage.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively across teams and contribute to shared business goals.
