Senior Performance Marketer, Google Ads

ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead international paid acquisition across Google Ads as part of a performance marketing team at a seed stage AI communications SaaS company. You will own campaign performance, tracking, and experimentation to support measurable growth across multiple markets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across international markets.
- Manage substantial paid media budgets with clear accountability for performance.
- Own tracking and conversion setup, including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
- Design and run systematic tests of campaign structures and landing pages.
- Use experiment results to improve campaigns and deliver measurable acquisition outcomes.
- Work closely with performance marketing colleagues and go-to-market managers to adapt campaigns to different markets.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Between 2 and 13 years of relevant experience, with hands-on paid search or Google Ads specialization.
- Experience managing Google Ads budgets of at least €150,000 per month.
- Experience running international campaigns and tailoring strategy to market differences.
- Practical ownership of conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
- A structured, analytical, performance focused approach, with a strong interest in testing and iteration.
- Excellent English communication skills; German is a strong plus.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in Vienna or relocate.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual base salary: €65,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
