Working closely with Social Media Managers, Community teams, Brand Directors, Motion Designers, and Game Capture Artists, you'll combine strong editing skills with hands-on experience across different areas of video production — from gameplay capture and motion design to sound editing and fast-turnaround versioning. You'll help create engaging social content that captures attention and connects with our community worldwide.

Daily Responsibilities

- Translate creative briefs, campaign objectives, and community trends into video concepts, simple scripts, shot lists, and engaging content delivered within short turnaround times.

- Create and adapt motion graphics, including animated typography, captions, and UI overlays, while handling basic color correction, sound effects, music editing, and voice-over balancing.

- Capture gameplay footage directly from game builds using internal tools, including specific gameplay moments, b-roll, character sequences, and custom shots for social media content.

- Prepare and adapt videos for different social media platforms, including subtitles, localized on-screen text, safe zones, aspect ratios, and export settings, ensuring consistency with platform requirements and CD PROJEKT RED's branding standards.

- Collaborate closely with Social Media, Community, Brand, and Marketing teams, incorporating feedback and staying up to date with social media trends, editing styles, meme culture, and emerging video formats.

- At least 3 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably focused on short-form social media content, entertainment marketing, agency work, or branded digital content.

- Strong proficiency in industry-standard editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.

- Good knowledge of CD PROJEKT RED's games, characters, lore, and universes.

- Strong understanding of mobile-first storytelling, engaging opening hooks, pacing, audience retention, and platform conventions across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

- Working knowledge of After Effects, including animated typography, UI animations, templates, and motion graphics.

- Practical experience with dialogue cleanup, sound design, music editing, basic color correction, and audio optimization for mobile platforms.

- Ability to independently manage video projects from brief to delivery, work within tight deadlines, and maintain high quality and brand consistency.

- Very good English skills, both written and spoken, for daily collaboration with international teams.

- Genuine passion for video games, social media trends, and internet culture.
