About the Role

As a Senior CX/UX Designer, you will play a leading role in shaping the experience of our italian legal software products. Responsibilities

- Lead complex design initiatives, champion user-centered practices and improve UX processes. Collaborate with product teams and co-design partners to explore solutions, align priorities and make informed design decisions.

- Plan and conduct customer research and usability testing. Combine qualitative findings and quantitative data to identify patterns, prioritise opportunities, measure outcomes and refine solutions.

- Translate complex workflows into clear user journeys, interaction models, prototypes and detailed designs. Consider the connections between products and customer touchpoints to create coherent experiences.

- Collaborate with Engineering throughout implementation, clarify design decisions and review the delivered experience to ensure usability, accessibility and design quality.

- Identify, prototype and validate opportunities for AI-enabled experiences within current and future legal workflows. Work with customers, Product and Engineering to assess user value and explore technical constraints.

- Independently use AI tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, research synthesis and iterative improvement. Select suitable approaches, critically evaluate outputs and validate findings against source evidence.

- Use and contribute to shared design systems, patterns and UX standards. Share knowledge and contribute to design critiques within the local team and international UX community.

Skills and Experience

- Experience designing complex software products, with the ability to connect product vision to delivery and take ownership of design work from discovery through implementation.

- Strong ecosystem thinking, with the ability to simplify information-rich workflows and understand the relationships among products, user roles, data flows and operational constraints.

- Ability to identify where AI can create meaningful value across user workflows and design intuitive AI-enabled experiences that reduce complexity and improve outcomes.

- User research and usability testing skills, including the ability to combine qualitative insights and quantitative evidence to set priorities and assess impact.

- Demonstrated AI fluency, supported by practical examples of applying AI in research and design.

- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and explain design decisions.

- A portfolio demonstrating your contribution to complex product challenges, including the evidence, decisions and trade-offs behind your designs and the outcomes achieved. Be prepared to discuss practical examples of how you have used AI in your work.
