Onsite Account Manager - Full Time
We are recruiting for an onsite Account Manager to join our team at Hams Hall Coleshill for our client a leading 3PL based at B46 1AL. Experience as an account manager, onsite manager, or consultant is required but full training will be provided. If you think you have the right attitude and personality, please click apply.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, but additional weekends may be required during peak
Salary : £30,000 to £32,000 per year
Key Duties as an Onsite Account Manager
To build and maintain strong customer relationships at a local level and be a representative of JobandTalent
Working as part of the onsite team to deliver our onsite service to our client and become part of their operational team
Supporting the onsite operations team with staffing levels, agency management and understanding their needs
Forecasting a recruitment pipeline and supporting with onsite planning
Supporting and managing agency colleagues' attendance levels, disciplinaries and ad hoc duties
Carrying out registration sessions in line with the site’s recruitment plan
To demonstrate full ownership of account management and site processes
As an Onsite Account Manager, you will need to have:
A good standard of verbal and written English
Good communication and organisational skills
People management skills
Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sense of humour, social skills and appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
