About LegibleLegible is building modern software for government affairs and public policy teams, a large market ready for a better way to work. We have strong product market fit: revenue tripled last year and is on track to triple again this year. Our growing team brings high standards, curiosity, and a shared ambition to use technology to lead this space. We are at a stage where the people joining now can have a real hand in shaping how we grow.
The opportunityWe are looking for an ambitious early-career professional to build an exceptional foundation for their career across two essential parts of Legible. You will spend roughly half your time running our Austin office and supporting Zack, our CEO, and Kasey, our co-founder and CTO. The other half will be spent working alongside our Founding CSM to support customers and help them get the most from Legible.
This role puts you close to the decisions, people, and customers shaping a fast-growing company. You might coordinate a founder’s travel in the morning, respond to a customer question in the afternoon, and improve a process that helps the whole team the following week. You will receive direct feedback, develop a broad view of the business, and discover where your strengths can have the greatest impact as Legible grows.
Office operations and founder support· Run the day-to-day office experience: supplies, vendors, workspace needs, and the details that help the team do its best work.
· Support Zack and Kasey with scheduling, travel, meeting preparation, follow-up, and management of competing priorities.
· Own special projects for Zack, bringing organization and steady execution to work that may not come with a playbook.
Customer success and support· Work alongside the Founding CSM to respond to customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure each request reaches a clear resolution.
· Help customers navigate the product and coordinate follow-up across the team when a question needs additional expertise.
· Track recurring questions and friction points, document helpful answers, and share customer feedback that can improve the experience.
What will help you thrive· Around 1–3 years of professional experience and strong evidence that you excel at what you take on. Operations, executive support, customer service, and other fast-moving environments can all be relevant.
· Sharp judgment, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly and ask good questions.
· High emotional intelligence: you communicate clearly, build trust, and adapt to different people and situations.
· Exceptional attention to detail, sound prioritization, and follow-through that others can count on.
· A self-starting mindset, comfort switching between internal and customer-facing work, and the ambition to grow through unfamiliar challenges.
Bring your drive and curiosity. You will learn from the founders, support customers, and grow with a company gaining momentum.
