- Identify business opportunities and use cases that create value through data and analytics.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions with clients to understand business challenges and objectives.
- Design scalable data solutions that drive innovation, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable plans.
- Define and maintain clear, realistic project roadmaps aligned with stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and deliver data analysis solutions, from ad hoc studies to end-to-end data pipelines, leveraging tools such as SQL, Python, and ETL platforms.
- Promote a data-driven culture by supporting stakeholders in adopting analytical and data-centric decision-making practices.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance, analytics, and reporting frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in data analysis, business consulting, or data-driven transformation projects.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration concepts.
- Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
