A client in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a reliable Site Watchman to oversee the security of its premises and ensure that people, equipment, and property remain safe and protected.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the site and conduct regular patrols throughout assigned areas.
- Check entrances, buildings, equipment, and other vulnerable areas for security risks.
- Identify and report suspicious activity, damage, unauthorized access, or other incidents.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies and escalate issues when required.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences.
- Ensure security equipment and systems are functioning and report any issues.
- Support employees and visitors with basic assistance while maintaining site security.
- Follow site security procedures and management instructions.
Requirements
- Previous security, watchman, site monitoring, or similar experience is an advantage.
- Vigilant with strong attention to detail.
- Physically capable of conducting regular site patrols.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and remain alert during assigned shifts.
- Basic knowledge of security practices and emergency procedures.
