About the role
Concept Plus is seeking a Drupal Developer to develop and maintain Drupal-based client websites, supporting testing efforts and managing deployments to ensure continuous platform performance and reliability.
What you'll do
- Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal-based websites, themes, and modules.
- Perform ongoing website maintenance, including updates, configuration adjustments, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Drupal environments to ensure continuous site functionality.
- Support testing efforts by executing test plans, identifying defects, and validating resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support release cycles, including code reviews and integration activities.
- Manage and execute deployments across development, staging, and production environments following established release processes.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, coding standards, and documentation requirements
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.
- PHP and/or Drupal experience (Drupal 10)
- Strong understanding of version control
- Must understand and have practiced waterfall and or Agile Scrum development
- Must have strong experience working with a variety of technology and the ability to multi-task between different projects and workflow stages
- Must have experience communicating directly with end users and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing business product needs, recommending, effective software solutions in a timely manner
- Experience working with other developers and development teams
- Experience coordinating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather information and requirements
- Experience supporting distributed systems and computing environment using a wide range of application hosting and computing technologies
