The Lifecycle Marketing Team at Klaviyo is a Center of Excellence that delivers seamless scalable customer-facing experiences across all owned channels, and servicing all segments and geographies. We own channel performance and optimisation while driving measurable impact at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

About the Role

This is a senior individual contributor role, and as our Lead Lifecycle Marketer for EMEA within the global Lifecycle Marketing team, you’ll own lifecycle marketing across the region, partnering with EMEA Marketing and Sales to identify opportunities and deliver programs that support regional growth and business priorities.

You’ll also partner with the global Lifecycle Marketing team to localise and scale global programs for EMEA, ensuring lifecycle experiences are relevant to local markets, audiences, and customer needs. This is a hands-on execution-focused role combining optimisation, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

EMEA Lifecycle Programs

- Own the strategy and execution of EMEA-specific lifecycle programs and campaigns in partnership with regional Marketing, Sales and Partner teams.

- Support EMEA Events with lifecycle strategy and execution for key regional and flagship Klaviyo events for prospects, customers and partners, from targeting and invitations through to post-event nurture.

- Own audience and segmentation strategies using customer, prospect, firmographic, behavioural, and engagement data.

- Define success metrics, analyse performance across markets and segments, and turn insights into testing and optimisation opportunities.

Global Lifecycle Programs

- Partner with the global Lifecycle Marketing team to localise and regionalise Sales-Led, PLG, onboarding, adoption, re-engagement, and cross-sell programs for EMEA.

- Provide EMEA input into global lifecycle strategy, segmentation, channel optimisation, and testing, using regional insights to improve performance.

- Partner with Product, Growth, PMM, Brand, and other global teams to scale relevant lifecycle initiatives across EMEA.

Cross-Functional & Operational Leadership

- Align the EMEA lifecycle roadmap with global and regional stakeholders, balancing global priorities with market needs.

- Manage multiple initiatives, making clear prioritisation and trade-off decisions while maintaining quality and pace.

- Champion customer-first initiatives and ensure lifecycle experiences are relevant, scalable, measurable, and operationally sound.

Who You Are

Experiences & Expertise:

- 8+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Gen, PLG Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, and/or Email Marketing

- B2B and international experience, ideally EMEA within a company with a North American HQ

- Strong knowledge of lifecycle/marketing best practices: deliverability, personalisation, segmentation, testing, reporting, channel optimisation, backed by a data-driven approach to audience performance

- Native/ fluent English (essential). Fluent French/ German/ Spanish/ Italian a bonus.

Tools & Tech:

- Experience with lifecycle and CRM technologies including: HubSpot (essential), Salesforce (essential), Smartling (nice to have) and other localisation and marketing automation platforms advantageous

- Monday board or similar

Cross-functional/stakeholder

- Strong cross-functional operator, able to align stakeholders across regional/ global Marketing, Sales, Growth, Product, Operations teams across different timezones

Work style

- Execution and delivery focused: Hands-on across strategy, analysis, managing multiple projects and trade-offs in a fast-paced, shifting environment

Logistics

- Hybrid 3 days p/ week in the London office

- Full work authorisation to work in the UK without any restrictions

#LI-Hybrid #LI-JW1Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Base Pay Range in Local Currency:£80,000—£120,000 GBPThis role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
