What You'll Do:
Business partnership and organisational effectiveness
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver evidence-based people plans that support business growth, innovation and transformation, with clear measures of success.
- Act as a trusted adviser and constructive challenger on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, organisational culture and people risks.
- Lead organisational design and change programmes, covering structures, role design, selection, consultation and implementation.
- Coach leaders through growth and transformation, supporting clear communication, employee engagement and retention of critical skills.
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for critical technical and leadership roles.
- Strengthen management capability through coaching and practical support, helping managers handle people matters confidently and consistently.
- Use people analytics, labour-market insights and employee feedback to identify priorities, anticipate risks and assess the impact of people initiatives.
- Work with business leaders and Finance to forecast workforce needs and people costs, balancing business priorities with available budgets.
HRBP team leadership
- Lead, coach and develop the HRBP team, setting clear priorities, responsibilities and expectations.
- Establish shared standards, approaches and tools to ensure consistent, effective business partnering while meeting the needs of different organisational units.
- Design and improve people processes within the team’s remit, with clear ownership and practical guidance for managers and employees.
- Coordinate company-wide HR initiatives through the HRBP team in partnership with other HR functions.
- Support HRBPs with complex employee matters, stakeholder relationships and people decisions, acting as an escalation point when needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Significant experience in a senior HRBP role, supporting executive or senior leaders in a similar-sized fast-paced technology organisation.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Strong expertise in organisational design and change, strategic workforce planning, talent management and leadership development.
- Practical experience applying AI and automation to improve HR processes, alongside an understanding of their use and impact across the business.
- Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple European and Central Asian countries.
- Strong relationship-building, influencing and coaching skills, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a similar field.
- SHRM-SCP, Chartered CIPD, or equivalent
