ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an AI-focused legal technology team as its first product manager, owning strategy and roadmap for an enterprise contract management platform. This founding-level role offers the opportunity to shape product direction and build the product function from the ground up.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own product strategy and roadmap, making clear decisions about priorities and tradeoffs.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback with customer-facing legal specialists to guide product direction.
- Partner with engineering to plan and scope work, adapting delivery plans for AI-assisted development.
- Discuss AI and agent architecture tradeoffs with engineers and rapidly prototype product ideas.
- Establish product practices for prioritization, documentation, launches, and measuring outcomes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Five to ten years of product management experience on AI-focused engineering teams, with ownership of product roadmaps.
- Experience shipping core AI or LLM products to production and working with agentic systems, including evaluation, latency, model behavior, and context.
- Background in B2B SaaS or AI-native products, plus experience at an early-stage startup, as a founder, or as a first product manager.
- Strong technical fluency and experience working closely with engineers on delivery scope and timelines.
- Hands-on prototyping experience with AI developer tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Experience using SQL or coding tools to analyze product data, such as funnels and cohorts.
- Product experience beyond internal tools, HR workflows, and APIs or integrations.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
